Part of our long-term, full service relationship is producing regular digital campaigns to help generate new sales valuations. With the tidal nature of the property market, our challenge for each campaign is to deliver a consistent brand massage in a unique way that’s right for the time. When we talk to their customers and the Henry Adams team about what makes them truly different it always comes back to one thing; customer service. But how do we turn that into a memorable campaign?

We started by sifting through customer reviews on Google and Feefo to look for a new angle or an interesting colloquialism to spark and idea. There are hundreds of reviews, almost all 4 or 5 star, which is unusual in it’s own right. But we noticed one thing in particular which is a common thread – lots of people say in lots of different ways that they do more. They ‘go above and beyond’, their service is ‘over and above’ what’s expected, etc, etc. 

These customer soundbites provided a neat starting point for us to write the creative narrative and strapline – which we edited with homely, relatable moments and a soft, acoustic soundtrack.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

As well as traditional print, Henry Adams marketing campaigns are presented widely online including multiple social media platforms, Rightmove, email signatures and e-shots to their databases.

Fruitful also manage monthly paid advertising on Facebook and Instagram, creating branded campaigns as well as carefully selecting properties for sale, targeting an audience across three counties. We also prepare reports on the adverts’ success, monitoring budget and return.

 
 
 
 

We have been entrusted to design, build and maintain their 4 websites. We report monthly on website performance using Google Analytics, helping make sense of the numbers and also simplifying the information so Henry Adams can present it to their own clients.

And it’s not just digital. Over the years we have provided everything from banners and boards, bags and brochures, to stationery and signage. We even designed a pair of socks.
